River Gorge Excursions, LLC is a Chattanooga Boat Rental and Tour Company located along the scenic Tennessee River Gorge, just 15 minutes away from Downtown Chattanooga. Our vision is to promote and share the beauty and history of the TN River Gorge. If you feel a need to get away, the TN River Gorge makes you feel like you are hours away from the rest of society. We want to give customers a chance to appreciate everything nature has to offer with this eye-opening experience on the Tennessee River. River Gorge Excursions’ No. 1 goal is to bring joy and excitement to every person who steps onto one of our boats. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. If you cancel before the seven days, you will get a full refund. If you cancel between one week to the day before your reservation, you will receive half a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours NO refunds will be given.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation and park at our location, 3 cars max per group. We recommend groups carpooling or we can do a pick up service at the Suck Creek boat ramp.
Going through the channel locks is not permitted!
No refunds are given if there is a cancellation within 24 hours!
Note : If 75% of the rental time is complete there will be no reimbursement. However, if it is severe weather, we will prorate the rental amount and if severe weather cancels the reservation, we will refund or reschedule the boat rental.

The boat is full of fuel when the customer departs and will be refueled at the end of the rental at the customer’s expense. The amount of fuel will be deducted from the deposit or the customer can pay directly.
